Illustrator Christian Northeast uses a multitude of different media elements like film, and animation to create his body of art works. When he uses animation in his designs, they often flash from one image to another. Other than animations Northeast creates illustrations that use vibrant, pop art colors combined collages and abstractions. This artwork is usually presented as posters that illustrate a printed article.
One of his illustrations for New Yorker Magazine is entitled Spot New Yorker, features a quick colorful animation about money. It features multiple images of money being transformed into varies configurations. Rather than just a thumbnail image of the animation I decided to feature it as a video. Enjoy the video below (MP3).
